Vegetable Ramen Noodle

Ingredients
- 4 packets of Instant Ramen
- 10 - ounce bag frozen mixed Asian vegetables, thawed
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon grated garlic
- Soy Sauce, to taste
- Toasted Sesame oil, to taste
- 4 soft cooked eggs
- ½ cup fried shallots
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion bottoms

Instructions
Cook the Instant ramen according to the manufacturer’s instructions in a large saucepan. Add the Asian vegetables to the saucepan along with the ginger, garlic and Soy sauce. Add the sesame oil and serve into bowls with 1 soft, cooked egg, fried shallots and garnish with the green onions.Related Tags
