Limoncello | Just Eats with Chef JJ

Limoncello

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 4 oz vodka
  • 4 oz limoncello
  • 1 lg lemon (2 oz fresh lemon juice squeezed)
  • 2 tbs simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Place the crushed ice into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the vodka, limoncello, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  3. Shake mixture for 5- 10 seconds until the shaker gets frosty.
  4. Pour cocktail mixture into 5 oz martini glasses using a strainer to hold back the ice.
  5. Garnish with a slice of lemon and enjoy.
