1. In a large bowl add the cabbage, carrots, celery and mix well.
2. In separate bowl add the ingredients for the coleslaw dressing, add the mayo, mustard,
relish, turbinado sugar, celery salt, white pepper and apple cider vinegar and mix well.
3. Next pour the dressing mixture over the shredded cabbage and diced vegetables, toss and
mix until the dressing completely coats the coleslaw, cover the coleslaw and set aside in a
refrigerator.
