1 bird’s eye chili, split most of the way in half lengthwise
1 kaffir lime leaf
Juice of 1 clementine
Juice of 1 lime
1.5 ounces vodka
1.5 ounces of sake
1 ounce palm sugar syrup
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, add 1 cup of ice, the bird’s eye chili, kaffir lime leaf, the clementine juice, lime juice, vodka, sake and palm sugar syrup. Shake well for at least 30-45 seconds and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and serve immediately.
