1. In a medium size bowl mix the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, clarified
butter, and mix. Next add the juice of 1 lemon and mix again until bread crumb mixture
begins to get like a paste.
2. Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture on top of each oyster on the half shell and pat it down.
Once all oysters are completely filled, grate a little more parmesan cheese on top.
3. Place in the oven and cook for 10 -12 minutes until you see bubbling.
4. Remove from the oven and grate a little more parmesan cheese on top and squeeze on
more lemon juice before serving.
