Cajun T- Bone Steak

Ingredients
- Cajun Spice Blend
- ¼ cup of Cajun seasoning
- ¼ cup of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil
- .
- For T-Bone Steak
- (2) 12 oz T-bone steaks 1 inch thick
- ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
- Kosher salt (to taste)

Instructions
In a medium bowl mix all seasoning blend ingredients together. Stir until a smooth thick paste is formed. Add additional olive oil if mixture is too thick. FOR T-BONE STEAK: Preheat grill to 400 degrees. Season T-bone steaks with salt and pepper to taste. Coat the sticks with the spice blend on both sides. Place the steak on the grill and allowed to cook for 5 minutes on each side. Remove from grill and top with blue cheese crumbles and serve.Related Tags
