Sugar Cookie Ice Cream Cups recipe, Living By Design ep. 328

Source: Powerhouse Productions / CLEO TV

Ingredients

  • 1 36-ounce tub of Sugar Cookie Dough or Chocolate Cookie Dough
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • Sprinkles, for decoration
  • Edible Glitter, for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Divide cookie dough, about 1⁄4 cup at a time, among 15 greased muffin cup molds. Press dough into bottom and up sides of each cup to form bowl shape. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Bake the cookie bowls until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before unmolding.
  4. Once cooled, invert the mold pan and allow the cookies to fully cool on a baking rack fitted in a sheet pan.
  5. Once cool to the touch, fill the molds with vanilla ice cream, chocolate ganache, sprinkles and edible glitter.
