Sugar Cookie Ice Cream Cups with Sprinkles & Glitter | Living By Design

Ingredients
- 1 36-ounce tub of Sugar Cookie Dough or Chocolate Cookie Dough
- Cooking spray
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- Sprinkles, for decoration
- Edible Glitter, for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Divide cookie dough, about 1⁄4 cup at a time, among 15 greased muffin cup molds. Press dough into bottom and up sides of each cup to form bowl shape. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Bake the cookie bowls until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before unmolding.
- Once cooled, invert the mold pan and allow the cookies to fully cool on a baking rack fitted in a sheet pan.
- Once cool to the touch, fill the molds with vanilla ice cream, chocolate ganache, sprinkles and edible glitter.
