Shrimp in Spicy Garlic Sauce | Just Eats with Chef JJ

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. large Shrimp
- 1 cup olive oil
- 6 cloves of garlic sliced thin
- 1 baguette cut into 1⁄2 in rounds
- 1⁄4 cup of bird’s eye chili peppers
- 1⁄2 tbs smoked paprika
- Salt to taste Grits
Instructions
- Seasoned shrimp with salt and smoked paprika and set aside.
- Place a cast iron pan over medium high heat put 1/2 a cup of olive oil in the pan, add the garlic, bird's eye chili and stir once you begin smelling the aromatics add the shrimp to the pan.
- Add the remainder of the olive oil salt to taste and mix well. Cook down for two to three minutes until all shrimp are pink in color. Remove shrimp from pan and serve with sliced baguette.
- Pour seasoned olive oil into a small ramekin and dip bread into the season oil and enjoy.
