Sauteed Cabbage, Onions & Peppers | Just Eats with Chef JJ

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small head of green cabbage, rough chopped
- 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- Seasoning Salt
Instructions
- Set a large sauté pan over medium heat and add the olive oil. Add the cabbage, onions and bell peppers to the pan and cook, stirring often, until the cabbage starts to wilt. Add the garlic and thyme to the pan and season with the seasoning salt. Cook, stirring often until the cabbage and peppers cook down and have reduced their volume by about half, about 8-10 minutes. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally for an additional 5-6 minutes and then serve.
