Ingredients
¼ cup turkey sausage
¼ cup vegan chorizo
¼ cup fresh clams
1 cup assorted mushrooms
Morels (optional)
¼ cup shallots, thinly sliced
¼ cup pickled red onion
¼ cup broccolini
½ cup vegan ricotta
Lemon for zesting
¼ cup chopped parsley
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1 cup tomato sauce, pre-made
1 cup pesto, pre-made
2 pre-made pizza doughs, divided
All-purpose flour for rolling
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Roll the pizza dough out on a clean surface with a little bit of flour to
prevent sticking. Assemble the pizzas with desired ingredients on top of a
sheet pan.
Transfer the sheet pans to the oven and bake the pizza until the crust is
golden brown around the edges and underneath and the ingredients are
noticeably cooked through
