Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 4 oz bourbon
- 2 tbs simple syrup
- Fresh basil
- Fresh Mint
Instructions
- Break basil leaves and mint leaves and placed in a glass.
- Add simple syrup and muddle until the basil and mint leaves break down which will release their oils and flavor.
- Next add half a cup of ice to each class then pour 3 ounces of bourbon into each glass stir
- Garnish with more basil and mint leaves and top with a little powdered sugar and enjoy
