Jamaican Espresso Martini

Instructions

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz of fresh brewed espresso
  • 3 oz of vodka
  • 1 tablespoon of simple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of finely grounds coffee
  • 6 whole coffee beans for garnish
  • 1 cup of ice cubes

Method:

  1. Place the finely chopped coffee grinds onto a small plate and set aside. Take another small plate with water and set aside.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice and then add all the liquid ingredients and vigorously shake until the shaker gets frosted.
  3. Place the rim of the martini glass into the plate with water. Immediately dip that rim into the place with the finely chopped coffee grounds.
  4. Pour martini into the glass garnish with coffee beans and serve
