Ingredients

  • 1 bird’s eye chili, split most of the way in half lengthwise
  • 1 kaffir lime leaf
  • Juice of 1 clementine
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1.5 ounces vodka
  • 1.5 ounces of sake
  • 1 ounce palm sugar syrup

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, add 1 cup of ice, the bird’s eye chili, kaffir lime leaf, the clementine juice, lime juice, vodka, sake and palm sugar syrup. Shake well for at least 30-45 seconds and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and serve immediately.
