Y’all, Lizzo has been putting in work! Over the weekend, the “Truth Hurts” singer took to Instagram to unapologetically flex her weight loss glow-up, and she’s got receipts.

Rocking a sleek Yitty workout fit, Lizzo shared a screenshot of an app showing her progress. Spoiler alert: she’s crushing her goals. According to her unnamed app, Sis is down in BMI and body fat percentage.

“I did it,” Lizzo said on social media.

In her caption, Lizzo shared a note to herself and her fans, reminding us all about self-confidence and the power of sticking to our goals. She even mentioned she hasn’t been in this body since 2014.

Lizzo continued in her caption, “Today, when I stepped on my scale, I reached my weight release goal. I haven’t seen this number since 2014! Let this be a reminder you can do anything you put your mind to. Time for new goals!”

Of course, this isn’t just about weight loss. Lizzo’s post is the inspiration and energy we all need in 2025.

Social media has been buzzing about her noticeable slim-down for months, with rumors flying about everything from crash diets to Ozempic. But Lizzo is unbothered. (Being unbothered is obviously her superpower).

She shared that she was “deeply hurt” and blindsided by the accusations, expressing how much they affected her emotionally.
